Temporary Nursing Assistant at Holmagården

Care and support in Svedala municipality is characterized by a qualitative operation with skilled employees who make a difference. We are now looking for a temporary nursing assistant for our special accommodation Holmagården.

Assignment

We are looking for two temporary colleagues, one for the dementia department and one for the somatic department.

Solgården in Klågerup is a special accommodation with 32 places, of which two departments are reserved for dementia care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their job, enjoys working with people, and has the ability to meet our care recipients' special needs. Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include supporting our care recipients with personal care, activities, and training. Assisting with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and managing medications are some examples of tasks. Your role also includes developing implementation plans, documenting, conducting regular evaluations, and contributing to maintaining a high quality of service. By addressing each individual's needs, you contribute to meaningfulness and joy for our elderly. We monitor quality in national registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert, and documentation is done in Lifecare. In daily care and support work, you collaborate cross-professionally with unit managers, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Competence

We are looking for someone who has completed the nursing program or equivalent training and is a trained nursing assistant. Experience from working in special accommodation and in dementia care is an advantage. You should have good computer skills and a good command of the Swedish language, as the responsibilities of the profession require documentation. Previous experience with Procapita, BPSD, and Senior Alert is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in people and a strong sense of good care. You are responsible and have an easy time working independently while also collaborating well with colleagues, care recipients, relatives, and managers. Working Hours/Duration

Immediate start, continuing for at least 6 months.

Day and evening shifts as well as working every other weekend.
